Using escrow is always your choice. When you do, Jewelry Martin acts as a neutral and trusted third party between buyer and seller, safeguarding both the item and the payment until it is confirmed that both sides have met the agreed terms.
The seller ships the item physically to Jewelry Martin in Miami, before receiving any payment.
Jewelry Martin confirms physical receipt of the item and verifies that it matches the description the seller provided.
Jewelry Martin issues an Escrow Custody Receipt to both seller and buyer, documenting the entire transaction.
The buyer sends payment to Jewelry Martin in USD / USDT, covering the item value plus the commission — 1.5% for members, 3% for non-members. Jewelry Martin then confirms receipt and validity of the funds.
Once both the item and the payment are verified as satisfactory, Jewelry Martin ships the item to the buyer and transfers the funds to the seller, less the commission — 1.5% for members, 3% for non-members.
